This was a huge nighttime bicycle riding event. They shut down the main street Paseo de la Reforma and people came out by the thousands and in costume! They rode past an entire concert that was taking place at the base of the Angel of Independence. It was packed with people in halloween costumes and sugar skull face paintings.
